I don't think it's relaunching, but a new look has been on the cards for many years. Their 10th anniversary is in 2 weeks so maybe,but I wouldn't hold my breath, I believe the technical refurb is still ongoing and overrunning
But I was under the impression that all AJ teams and studios were moving to a purpose-built premises and the AJE studio was to be within the studio with the large window?
Al Jazeera Arabic moved into a new facility yesterday, an extension of their old building.
Al Jazeera English is still situated in a seperate facility over the road - the glass studio, used by Al Jazeera Arabic for some of its non-news programmes is an extension of the AJE building. AJE have had rehearsals in that studio, as Kamahl Santamaria posted a picture from there (see below). So I assume that this studio IS shared, but I'm not sure when it'll be on-air.
