Not a lot of traction on Twitter or social media regarding the new London broadcast centre debuting tonight - also the 6pm Newshour hasn't threw over to London.

I wonder if The Independent has got it wrong? Unless it's going to launch at 8pm/9pm tonight.

I read somewhere that the launch is tomorrow.

The Independent said this evening, but I highly doubt that now. I'm sure somebody on Twitter said that it would be late this week or early next week, so its at least very soon.

I've remembered where I saw Wednesday given as launch day for AJ at the Shard - it was in a piece about RT in the Observer on Sunday

It's seems, unlike everyone else, AJE doesn't mention stuff like new studios, etc. They really don't care about these things. I don't think there's anything wrong with mentioning these things as long as it's not excessive.

what if they plan to reveal it first on Listening Post?
