Interesting that they're moving it to 8:30 for two weeks only.

How do these trials work, as surely people will tune in for it at 7 and then won't be bothered to tune back at 8:30.

As for the comic side of 7 days. It is indeed a comic look at 7 days.

Though I'm not sure if there have actually been 10 editions of the programme. And I can't find it anywhere else in the schedule after the 14th.

When would you say would be a better time? Maybe 8?

The whole 7 hour is basically off limits due to C4N so they would either have to have it at 8 or 8.30. Talking into account BBC4 have their daily look into the plight of Palestinian women at 8pm 8.30 is the only real choice.

I quite like the 7pm slot - if I'm in the flat, I'll usually watch the Simpsons at 6, keep Reporting Scotland on in the background while making my tea (in case there's anything not crap on it), then 7 O'Clock news, and back to work..

My whole routine's going to have to change! Smile

In which case, as this is clearly life threatening, I suggest that you get Sky+ and delay the 6 hour to 7.30-8.30 so you can keep them lined up.

Anyone noticed that the lighting on 60 Seconds looks a bit different this weekend?

Radio 4 is 92 to 95 FM.

94.9 FM is the frequency of a couple of BBC local radio stations.

Hmm. So are they going for a more Liquid News style in the 8.30 slot?

Looks like it - and no opening titles!

It's a shame. The (mainly) hard news agenda, but with an irreverent approach, was so refreshing.

They've not been seen for a wee while now (as mentioned earlier in this thread) - and I'd noticed the programme getting a bit less news-y and a bit more entertainment-y over the last couple of weeks.

Things I've spotted so far: sofas instead of swivel chairs, a new glass coffee table instead of that plasma screen, and some 7-less graphics (we've got some day-themed ones instead)

Plus Paddy's in for the next fortnight, because Eddie's on holiday.
