I like the concept and since I will always try to see the best in anything, it's a plausible effort. Needs work (suffers from same effect as previous efforts, namely chop a random triangle out of an image and force it into the 1989 ITV Generic logo without any consideration for the wider effect) but a half-decent start.
It's not the worst mock I've ever seen. I have seen both worse and better.
