You said you were working on it for real, however, over on the rather fab Metropol, you stated that you couldn't afford a Mac, so how are you doing it? It being my understanding that the iPhone SDK is Mac only. (Obviously, there are certain ways of running Mac OS on a PC, but (and forgive me if you take offence) you don't seem that technical [judging by the lack of anti-aliasing on the fonts of your mocks!]).

I'm well aware that it's Mac only, and to enroll it's £99, however there many other websites where you can make an iPhone applicaion in the same way, and they add it too the iTunes store. As I don't have a Mac I'm using these alternatives.

BTW, Nice Metro plug.

Just an update on this front. Going through all the coding and so on, and have these updates.

1) Will please Jamesyfish to know I'm using iPhone UI as expected, their graphical interface and so on
2) Will please all of you to know I'm going for a more uniform look
3) Adding different features like Alerts (Like a Reminder you could set on Sky, expect alert would be on the iPhone)
4) Utilising Search Functions for shows and all

Now, I need your help as I need to know what else to add. It's nowhere near finished but I'd like to know what additional features you'd want to see.

The actual thing's coming on quite well. Having problems with the base RSS Feed for the All Channels guide. I can secure most of the channels seperatley but combining is a big job, and am looking for an RSS Feed of all channels together (Anybody?) TV Picks & Film Picks have been added, they're pretty much done. Hear is a look at the TV Picks page.

The font needs changing in my eyes, let me know what you think, as I think it should be bolder.

It hasn't got a status bar, and the iPhone header font is Helvetica Bold, the same for the bottom bar Smile

Surprisingly enough, that is supposedly Helvetica Bold, I'm sure it isn't, I'll look into it.

No, this isn't the real thing, this is pretty much what it looks like Raw, I've uploaded the wrong thing (My day is not going well)

Okay, try to work out some kind of framing system for pick of the day.
Perhaps lines maybe a shaded background alternating, like this
