Not up to the mods, it’s Asa’s site and his skills behind all of this
Ah, so it's his decision whether or not the logo gets changed - ...yeah, I figured.
If it does change, i doubt will Asa will take something from here. You’re all getting your hopes up.
I wonder whether the mods have considered changing it...?

Indeed, quite unlikely anybody or any broadcasting company will see something on the Gallery and spontaneously decide to stick it on a broadcast network somewhere.
Of course Google might have other ideas (recalling the time when Google decided BBC Parliament's logo was one that was actually mocked up here), but otherwise...

Many of the mocks are very good on here but they are from (how can I put this) enthusiastic amateurs using domestic level software. Lambie-Nairn et al are/have been responsible for the BBC's idents because they have years of expertise on professional programs.
And its because of that that the BBC have come to rely on LN and others. In fact I'll go one step further and say that the various presenation departments have probably never even heard of this forum.

Well there's a mixed bag of ratings for this one. Personally, it's not for me. It seems like quite a common theme to go for a plain sans-serif worded logo these days and apart from the joined up
TV
and keeping the quotes, it doesn't feel like there's much else going on. Certainly don't see enough to bin the existing one.
Also, are we calling it TV Forum or TVForum ?

NO
Thanks for the feedback!
I see you don't like it too much, and it's understandable. But the "apart from the joined up TV and keeping the quotes" part makes me think you want to see more of that

The phrase "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" comes to mind...

As you reminded us on the last page, it was you who mocked up a new TV Forum logo in the first place in the TV Forum thread.
