De-constructing this, it seems you've taken the background from the current This Morning package, blurred it and added a font that is vaguely similar to the show? It's okay from the outset but it doesn't really say much does it?
EDIT: Removing yourself from the site won't solve anything, I had my fair share of criticism before I made decent mocks.

Terrible mock... oh that makes two in as many days... has to be a record.
I appreciate the comments but please bare in mind I am only a beginner with mocks. I hope to improve! Thanks for the comment
Technically, it's not actually *that* bad. However, in terms of effort put into describing what you've actually done, and, more importantly, why, it's a complete failure.
Use it as a starting point, build up the elements of a complete package, and then come back and describe why you've done what you've done, and maybe you won't get such a negative response.
Also worth noting, if you want a range of responses, leave your mock up for more than one person to review it before flouncing off in a huf.
I don't get what you're trying to achieve here - surely the point of mocks is to do something a bit original and an alternative to what we see on screen, or at the very least some simple tweaks to improve an existing design. Here you're just making the current design worse.
If you're a novice you are never going to get any praise here just for recreating existing presentation, even if you do it well (though if you do it well, you might as well just take a screencap of the real thing and post that instead). I'd advise you to try something new and at the very least try to sell us an idea - even if your mocks aren't up to scratch yet if people can see what you are trying to do they'll take the time to share their thoughts.
