Criticism is not insulting.
I am not a graphic designer, nor do I claim to be. The items I posted were a set of concepts for radio logos and a design for the NBC Sports Channel. Had I the time, effort and desire to, I may have been able to mould them into something a bit better. As it was, the general consensus on the forum was that I was heading up a blind alley with both and couldn't improve with the tools I had. So I let them die a natural death. Both were well over two years ago, so for you to have gone scrabbling through pages of designs to try and dig some "dirt" on me shows how pathetic you are.
You're right, it doesn't matter who I am. But if you carry on this attitude with anyone and everyone who gives you criticism, you are going to come a cropper sooner or later. You obviously have desires and aims for your life and career ambitions. It will do you no good to be mollycoddled or encouraged if the output you produce is of an undesirable standard. I call a spade a spade. If I think what you've produced isn't good, I will say so. I need no qualification to do that, no expertise, just an opinion based on my feelings and observations. That is all anyone can offer.
Can you not see the irony in this statement - you are the one who is attacking in defence of your "work". You are doing what you accuse me of. The fact you think I offer criticism for self-indulgence means you have already formed an opinion of me that is not justifiable or backed up by any facts whatever. I also dislike your two misuses of apostrophes in adjacent words.
