This one totally different. I have used the lowercase sky logo, and placed ontop of a earth.

Original quality looks alot better, but could not upload in PNG, and image slightly distorted in JPG.

It kind of reminds me of the first Sky News logo.

Why 1982?

Reminds me of the Channel 4 News titles circa 1983.

The "NEWS" text seems oddly placed, which looks as if you've taken an image and just stuck this text on - if that's the case, then this doesn't even deserve a ?/4 rating. If it's all your own work, then, maybe put the "Sky News" phrase onto one line instead of stacked on top of each other. Also it wouldn't hurt to brighten it up a bit.

Hey, this is quite good, it does look to be little outdated. The news also looks a bit wrong overlapping the 'y' in sky but apart from tht, its good. Just modernise it alot.
