Any update on a possible mac release Smile ?

Mac release should be good to go along with the next update Smile Still got to work on a few things before it's ready but hopefully sometime this coming week. Still finishing off particle effects, and a couple of other features/improvements.
alexhduk, JasonB and TV forumer gave kudos

Those particle effects really take this to the next level. Id just be exploding that M all the time as it looks just like the real thing except for theirs has bigger pieces flying at us when it explodes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PzMLYLidK8M. Christmas pudding textured M here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_glHRj-hj60 Can we now run the megadrop sequence multiple times like in that video?

On the product choice graphics all you're missing is Andy Hodgeson saying Limited stock - the animations look spot on to me. Can you switch between the sizes/ options in the quantity box too?

Did you make the sound effects for the spawning of the graphics?

Apologies to add yet another suggestion but it would be good if we could save some bottom ticker bar texts and just pull them up when needed and if you put a lot of text into it - it comes out of the box and off the bottom of screen - if you get short of space at some point it could slide in over another section of the control panel

edit
whilst doing 3 rising price speed auctions I found a glitch
Guide price £700
bid from £250
Quantity 5
I started getting bidders coming in under the bid from price and then the bid from price dropped down to the lowest bidders price once there were 5 bids in
and I wasent impressed with the viewers as hardly nobody called up for my item with it selling for £251 after 10 minutes Razz

£249 bid now price - quantity 3, Guide price £300 and Daniel came in at £172

£175 bid from price, £300 guide and someone came in at £95 & another at £152 at those prices we might as well just board up and go ome

Yeah the button will now stay active after a megadrop so it can be run multiple times Smile I decided to tackle the falling coins from the drop graphics too, so that should also be in the next update Smile

Yeah the choice auctions are fully customisable - you can enter your own choice type (ie size, colour), enter the actual choices and how many choices you want, and set a starting quantity for each choice. Still need to add the 'limited stock' sound effect. The spawning woosh sound was recorded from a part where the graphics animated on without the presenter talking, and no music playing.

Ah, good idea, I'll have a little think about ways to implement something like that. Yeah the input box bug with the text coming out of the box is a bug with Unity which was introduced in an update a couple of months ago.

Ah yes, came across this when testing a few days ago. This is fixed for the update Smile

I've just had a thought - a couple of sets of three-minute Warehouse Clearance auctions were recorded in the Speed Auctions studio. If it's not too difficult, would it be worth swapping the Speed Auctions screen for the Warehouse Clearance logo on a screen in order to create some variety in that set?

Just noticed in that test video you posted earlier on, one of the options under graphics was 'cycle DOGs'. What does that do?

Already working on this for the next update Wink Hoping to have a few different screen graphics to choose from. Gonna take me some time to get through all the sets though.

In the next update there'll be a few different DOGs to choose from at the top-right of the graphics output for Megadrop Madness or Warehouse Clearance Auctions etc. This button will change the DOG to a different one.

Can the music buttons instantly restart the music, so you can mash the drop spot over and over like they used to some times, using the "stop" to stop the music?

Also... this is awesome, well done Razz We're all way to geeky. Does the old "shopping telly" forum exsist still? I bet they'd love this.

Also did someone mention the 2000 era bid... https://www.dropbox.com/s/qljc7jikfrrvk4x/2000-%20bid-up.tv%20-%20master.wav?dl=0

I am the sort of person who plays a game and purposely tries to lose as badly as possible. As such, I have come across a few fun oddities.

You can set the bid from amount to £0 or a negative number. You can also set the call amount and P&P figures to three decimal places; the P&P doesn't round on the graphics but does on the stats column.

The lines go crazy; bidders can both bid negative amounts and also will bid above the guide price.

sit-up are incredibly annoyed that I effectively sold 30 packs of digestives for £159 plus P&P and call costs, so I get a score of 300 out of 1000.

I love this game.

Oh wow! Shocked Cheapskate viewers bidding negative amounts! This is fixed for the update along with the bug that allows viewers to bid below the current price.

Sure I'll add this to the list Smile Glad you're enjoying it! Very Happy

Oooh wow, thanks for the link! This'll come in handy for the old bid studio/graphics. Not in this update but potentially future versions.

Sorry to keep adding to the list of future studios bit I found this gem taken by someone from launch day in 2000.

It also includes the original set, notice there's no gavel.
