And, as this Flickr album shows, it was widescreen from the very start:

Is it me, or does the logo screen look like it's been designed in 4:3 and then stretched to 16:9 on those monitors?

I think that's just by virtue of the design.

Here's some more of the warehouse set with the right hand side monitor:

There's a bug when you auto fill an item and a quantity of 2 is spawned and a message comes up saying "please enter a quantity of 3 or higher"

Ah cool, I'll have a look at that and fix it for the next update.

Still working away on it, so don't have a estimate on when it'll be ready just yet. Been working on adding a bunch of new graphics sets which are pretty much done and animated, but still need to start work on a couple of new studios to go with them.

Great stuff Daniel. You've really made a great app here! Looking forward to seeing the new graphic sets. They did tinker with the price drop, bid and speed graphics in 2010. The now at arrow was moved up when they removed the start price again and filled the p&p and phone cost with purple, red and orange backgrounds.

New bug for you Daniel if you're still reading Smile

Do a choice auction, and do a countdown/time remaining. The graphics don't disappear at the end of the countdown but the bottom "everybody pays the lowest price"strap does appear. I only tried this on the Price Drop graphics so whether it behaves in the same way on the other graphics I can't say.

*edit* Same thing happens on Bid.

Hey Neil, this'll be fixed in the next update Smile I forgot to make the time-out trigger the closing animation on the choice graphics Embarassed

Still don't have an estimate yet on when this'll be ready. New graphics in the next version will be the older bid-up graphics (the one with the split leaderboard/outbid boards, and no yellow strap), final version of the falling arrow graphics (with the coloured phone details backgrounds) and the bid shopping chevron graphics.

Need to find time to start/finish off new studio sets to go with these but I thought I'd post a couple of images of some so far:

Still need to start work on the original bid-up studio, and potentially the last drop, bid and speed studios, so that's probably gonna take me some time Smile

My favourite studio is the one with the warm wood panels; arguably have the most memories from that period with the hilarity of the introduction of speed auctions.

Love these new additions Daniel. There was another version of the price-drop studio before that one. They added shadows behind the light beams and the colours around the screens changed to Black, Purple and Blue as seen here:

I hated those colour blocks they put behind the phone number and call costs; think that happened not long after somebody complained to the ASA I think it was about "the price you see is the price you pay" as it was being implied you were only paying (in the above example) £11.99 and not a penny more - not withstanding £7.99 for p&p and £1.53 for a phone call. Anyway I think they changed the graphics not long after that.
