RTV of Kosovo broadcasts the news in Albanian and three minority languages - Serbian, Bosnian and Turkish
the only difference between the bulletins now is the colours - Serbian nas red elements, Bosnian yellow and Turkish green

I like these a lot - very clean and simple compared with the current graphics (I can't understand any of the languages you say RTK broadcast in, but I presume "Info 17:00" and "Lajmet qendrore 19:30" on the RTK website are the main bulletins, and they seem to be very cluttered compared to your mocks).

The lower-third captions are sort of a mix between 2007 and 2008 BBC News, and they ought to adopt something like your designs now - a bit more stylish, yet they are clear and functional. Very good.
