Quick logo idea for GOLD

Was just messing around with the GOLD logo, reduced it to just the text and modifying it so the full stops in between the letters were removed, as well as the spacing as it looked bare without the full stops (click here to see it).

I noticed that the curve coming from the 'G' now looked like a smile, and the 'O' and 'D' worked as eyes, with the 'L' looking like the nose. And so by lowering the 'l', I get:



Voila, a smiling face GOLD logo, perfect for the content of the channel; comedy.

This isn't going to be a future mock development of mine, I just thought it was interesting idea.

I really like this idea. The illusion could be further helped by an animated form-up of the logo which makes the face more apparent. A clever idea, I think.
