My last design admittedly was not very good at all. I am having a second go at creating my Fictional News Channel. As I create content I wiill post and take on all your greatly Appreciated Content. I would also appreciate a true rating so I can see the direction it is going.

So far I have create the title Sequence.

It looks nice but..... isn't this just a worse version of the BBC News titles with RTL music?
If you're going to make a fictional graphics for a fictional news channel, shouldn't you try to at least make them different from what's already out there?

I don't understand its simmilarities to the BBC except the lines that go over the logo at the end?

The titles are very BBC. The moving 'ribcage' over the stock footage is very similar to local news titles. The moving ribcage needs some more adding to it in my opinion, thinner lines in a different colour over the top would make it more interesting.

Ok. If it looks like BBC I.might put name layers in but unsure how to do it.

The exact same stock footage has been used by others when creating BBC style title mocks. I can't believe you haven't noticed the similarities between your mock and the BBC style.

Needs a lot of work to tidy it up - why does the end board have a proper 3D rendered sphere, but the other scenes only have the effect in 2D?

That said, it's already better than most of the local TV news titles...

The effect in the other scenes is actual the outside of a cc sphere but enlarged. I have allocated time today to try and improve this so please place recomendations

For anybody Interested I have tried to fix any errors and this is the design as current:

Changes:

Logo now lasts for longer for chance to cut to studio
First image changed to night to standardise the time of day
Now following BBC Theme
First Scene now has round ribcage.

Still feels disjoint. Why are the rings in the end inside a set of straight lines? If the central rings are supposed to represent the earlier parts, then why are they blue?

That is CC Sphered at the end including bar background
