Mocks

Does any one know how to upload mocks Every time I try it just displayes a red cross.

upload the image onto a website i would reccomend http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk
then click the IMG tab and type the url of the image in - right click the image select properties then highlicht the url copy it and paste it
there you have it
