How to Make a Mock

Can anyone please show me how to make a real good mock and show me how to use VHS photo effect for mocks?

It's like saying "someone tell me how to draw" people can tell you what equipment is best for the job, and what specifications need to be adhered to, but if you don't have that ability, you don't have it.

Perhaps you do, and you haven't been able to show us your best work yet?
