Maybe the titles need a little bit of rethinking as your trying to fit 6 shots in 5 seconds, I know it's a storyboard so it's not official and can be worked on.
Ok... so, the colours on the title card are horrific. The colours used on the triangles have no connection, they just don't work. Pick 2 or 3 colours that work well together and use different shades of each colour. As for the shadows, get rid of them as well.
The music makes my ears bleed. Honestly, it sounds awful. As bilky asko said, all you've done is increased the pitch of the music. I recreated it in Audacity literally in 10 seconds... Don't say you've remixed it because you haven't.
The studio is OK but still not there. The two presenter shot looks boring. Use Google to look for other sets and take inspiration from what others have done. I'm not saying copy them, but certainly look at what they've done and try to use that as a guide.
The one on one area with the big screen is brilliant. You've put those nice wooden tiles on the wall to make it interesting and added nice furniture. The windows behind the desk are nice but I reckon It would be better to have something behind the presenters like a plasma screen or something. Nice changes made again.
I like the little attention to detail bits - such as the 'W' behind the presenters. I like the graphics, though I think the text in the "Sport with Sean" etc boxes should be moved to the right slightly.

The W is also the same font used in the Weekend logo.
The text could be moved to the right, it does look a little squished at the moment.
I think it's better than using typical red brickwork. I think the white brickwork would look nicer onscreen, better than I can show with my mocks.
I think maybe the white walls would look better with some LEDs at the top and bottom of them to add some more colour, you could maybe also change the colour depending on the part of the show (eg. Green for the sport etc.).
I agree with David that the text should be moved to the right.

The original plan was to have spotlights in light boxes on the floor. My initial idea was the teal/green colour in the title card, but changing the colour based on the features is a fantastic idea.
I think maybe those spots are a bit big. Maybe a bit of a softer LED, and quite frequent along the wall? Also the white brick must work on TV anyway, if you've seen the new NBC Today studio (especially the Orange Room) you'll know what I mean. I think their set is a bit too clinical though, some coloured LEDs should look good.
