All three designs are poor. The second one is the closest to being suitable for television, but it's poorly designed and is typographically jarring. The first logo uses a somewhat similar concept to the upcoming logo, but it's a design that is completely unsuitable for TV (the heavy italicisation doesn't work on television).
The last logo is truly awful. It looks like the design was knocked together in 10 minutes, and has had the same alterations applied as to the other three to fit it into your portfolio in an effort to make it look "professional".
There is some technical skill evident, but all three logos are worse than either the outgoing logo or the upcoming logo.
