Probably an idea to resize your images to something like 640*360px before uploading.

Sorry, I'm not a fan at all. The rounded square for 'exclusive' is very cheap-looking and very Powerpoint. Despite their flaws, ITV's current (new) ones are better. Crying or Very sad sorry!
