since my last try at BBC News Mocks ages ago they were rubbish so i decided to make a ITV news flash which could be shown on the hour throughout the day

I agree. All you've done is slapped a few things together (poorly) that other members have created, such as mromega's ITV1 background, Martin's
Sky
font (why the hell would ITV1 use it?) and a logo from TV Mock Resources.
