Hi im new to TV Fourm and would really love to make mocks does anyone know a good software for graphics

Unless you want to stay for a long time, I suggest not to make them.

Bit harsh, I can see the problem on the forum, but if people thought before posting whether it was relative, including harsh comments to people's questions, this forum would be more welcoming.

Whilst i understand the cynicism... i'm going to answer the actual question about graphics packages.

Adobe After Effects - if you want to do it properly

Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop - if you're just doing still images of graphics.

You'll need at least one of these and a lot of practice before posting a mock on here. If its good, and looks like you've thought it through, you'll get advice on how to improve it, if its crap like a TVmocker14 effort and you ignore our advice then we'll rip you to shreds for wasting our time.

Best advice is to learn the programmes, and learn from the best efforts in the gallery, basically ignore anything that has less than 4 stars unless you're looking for how NOT to do it.

Lee Seaman, Dann Gooding and MDTA are probably the best mockers on here.
