Case in point, your latest videos: the ITV1 logo is wrong. Badly wrong. You know this to be the case yet posted it anyway.

Start listening to criticism or stop clogging up the board with pointless tat, because until you learn to do the former, you can not expect anything constructive in return.

Which one do you think is better? Why? What made you make the changes you did, and what are you trying to achieve? Why haven't you used the correct ITV logo? Why have you ignored the 4:3 safe areas? How does this relate to your earlier mocks in this thread?

Technical ability means nothing when the ideas are crap. And at the moment, you're not explaining your ideas at all, leaving only your technical inability. There have been good mocks done in paint and even on paper posted to this site in the past, there have also been very bad ones done in expensive professional software, and this has more in common with the latter.

Final tip - don't want bad feedback? Don't post something you've only been working on for 30 minutes after school.

Ever get the feeling somebody's sent him the ITV font so he tries to rub it in our faces by jizzing out as many mocks as possible using it...

For the record; It's crap. You've spent NO time working on planning this at all, just slapped it all together in powerpoint and saved it as a WMV....

He's got the correct font alright just a shame he hasn't used it properly. He's used the correct logo in some of his earlier stuff, yet these most recent ones have a hack job logo.

He's got some pretty decent video editing software that can do visual effects, probably better than we've seen in his mocks. What i dont understand is; how can someone with all those resources at their disposal still come up with the crap that we've seen.

The newest piece of graphics software I have is an 8 year old copy of Adobe Illustrator CS1 and iMovie 2011 (which i really dont know how to use properly since they changed everything round) and I don't think I'm being presumptuous in saying that my stuff is miles better than his, and i've got loads of crap on my computer that i'd never submit to this forum...

TIME... take some of it... instead of churning out rubbish every week that's obviously had no time spent on it, and no attention has been paid to detail. Compare it to what you see on the TV... if your product is not approaching the quality of what you would see on TV, then don't post it.

I'm sure your mocks will improve in future, but until they do, you're going to keep getting ONE star... which means AWEFUL, in case you hadnt hothered to bover the cursor over it.

PS. You cant criticise the people on here for criticising your mocks... when you put it here to be criticised in the first place. If you posted your mocks on this forum to just get praise, you've come to the wrong place.
