ITV 2012 - New channel logos

Just some ideas I had in my head, not brilliantly executed... but using the word for the channel numbers rather than the numeral.

The idea is to give each channel an identity with the typography for the number of channel, but co-ordinate with a new unified ITV logo in uppercase.

Not sure if it works but thought I'd post anyway!

Well that settles it.

Although I like the ITV logo, the channel number text is a bit dull for my liking.

'ITV one' looks awfully similar to the 'one' in 'BBC One'.

Nicely put together but just not a fan of the design - looks a little dated.

Phil's point is a good one though, that needs to change. It'd be interesting to see the direction you take this in ident-wise.

Not bad. I see what you're dong with this and I agree that each channel needs it's own 'personality'. The execution isn't bad but can be better. Try making the channel names more readable and get rid of the gradient as that gets a bid old and makes the logos look a bit dates. 3.5/5

I think if you could inject some personalities into the numerals rather than the words, which I think is more ITV (ITV1 instead of ITV One).
