ITV 1999 Recreation

The background is nice but the flashing lines look more like a rendering artefact than an intentional design, especially as they don't seem to help the ITV logo appear. If you can find a way for the logo to gradually build up every time the lines flash by like the original one does, it'd look much better.

Not bad! I'[m not too familiar with the ITV hearts era, however from a few videos I've seen you seem to have gotten a pretty nice recreation.

Its a good start, with plenty of room for improvements.

as larry said the flashing lines are a bit meh, If you can work on improving that bit and making the ITV logo appear more flawless that would make it great.

You should make the ratio of spin to stop for the hearts a little shorter, because the hearts didn't stop for that long.

Put some blur on those lines maybe?
