Not posted in a while. Something I put together quickly. Basic idea is the Daybreak ident, headlines then the titles. The track I used is the 5-a-day bed.
It also gives an idea of the graphics and also how they may animate. The animation would be slicker on TV, but since I don't have the software to animate it how I would like to, I've just used a wipe

This is my mock up of a new TOTH script for Daybreak. Part of me likes it and thinks it could work well, but part of me also thinks it's too full. The headline bit before the titles is the same idea as this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIPQ1OWA29c). I think It gives a overview of the headlines, and also what's to come during the show. Obviously everything can be re-structured and moved around, but this is the core idea. Note how I haven't named the presenters either.
The finance news was my idea to bring to Daybreak. Could work well with Adrian seeing as he used to do finance news. Might also make the programme appear to the wider audience.

Back again! Now, I've got Adobe After Effects. I'm not great at it, but I'm getting there. I'm still yet to figure out how to render great quality clips, in small file sizes. If anyone could possibly help, I'd be very grateful!

Usually what I do is render it with the Quicktime codec (Animation preset [Quality 100%]) and then convert it to H.264 mp4.
I'm still yet to figure out how to render great quality clips, in small file sizes. If anyone could possibly help, I'd be very grateful!
