These aren't recreations, this is sort of my attempt at creating the UK version of the US package. Last year, CC very nearly rebranded with new idents, and a new typeface, ditching them, however. I've attempted to sort of expand on the kind of thing used in the US. I can see where you're coming from, though, as I've gone for plain/simplistic styling, so it looks quite plain, and there isn't much to go on.

I wouldn't say this is something TVMocker14 could do easily - surely that's a bit much? For him, it'd be more like:

rather than making fun of my mocks why not take the time to make something good because well as people have said above this isnt the best mock and its very outdated. and my name isn't 'tvmocker14' its 'daybreak'. So go away not and spent some time making this mock better because it looks like it was a quick 2 minute job on powerpoint OR...... Better still just give up on making mocks like i have because yeah okay i wasnt amazing at it but i admit that im not Smile ( you on the other hand think you're a gifted and talented mocker)

I am inclined to agree with Daybreak, I have to say Critique that there was no need to make fun of someone else just because your mock is getting a bad reception. Accept that your mock wasn't a complete success, don't drag others with you when you fail, you don't need to emphasize that you are still better than Daybreak.

Oh dear... I'd like to clarify at I've accepted that the reception hasn't been brilliant, although I questioned if standards were as low as that of Daybreak's old mocks. I made an example, but am not 'dragging him down with me'... He's quite capable of doing that on his own.

I'm not acting like a snotty 14-year-old, and am developing the mock where advice has given. For Daybreak's information, I've never thought, nor said, that I'm a 'gifted and talented' mocker.

Nobody was saying that you were at Daybreaks level. I just don't see why you would mention them and create a mock Daybreak/tvmocker14 mock.

Critique's mockery was ill-adivsed; Daybreak has earned (and continues to earn in this very thread) all that he gets.

Ergo, we have equilibrium. Now everyone shut up and go and enjoy Martin's magnificent Breakfast mock.

Oh dear. I've never even suggested I am 'TVforums number 1 member'... I know I'm not, and that there are far superior people on the forum (Gavin, BBC World, etc.) I think you're trying to find something to sink your teeth into, but can't get a grip on it. Yesterday, I commented on Martin's 5* BBC Breakfast mock, said it was the best video mock ever produced on the forum. Surely, I'd have a shedload of issues to complain about if I was of the disposition you're suggesting.

Please grow up. I didn't like your mocks back in the day. No-one did. The fact you don't like me is your own problem. Please get a grip, and think before you spout out some callous remarks.

It was a good idea to shrink the logo there. From what I can see, it would allow more room to add extra components alongside the logo on the screen, although the idents themselves could do with a lot more imagination and more relevance to the channel, rather than a simple, generic formup.

Ugh, this forum is turning into a bullying fest...

As for the mock, it's clean and simple. However, it's plain, boring and just isn't creative enough. I know you can do better...
