Awful.
EDIT: also, it is apparent by the short time that has elapsed since your last mock that you are not spending enough time on them. Learn to be critical of your own works. Put them to one side for a few days and review them with fresh eyes before publishing.

if you see the original bigger sized, I think it did matchup with the safe areas.

Nope, you haven't. The clock is still on the edge of the frame.

You need to put your graphics in the safe area, I'd recommend 16:9 safe as broadcasters are moving to that standard. But in terms of the package, it still needs a lot of work..

But as you stated you put unimportant things outside the area, I didn't think it was very important so I put it there.

I did say that, but the point is, you still need that clock to be read by viewers, right? Unimportant means overlap areas of the design, the 'blank' spaces.

Yes but if it's outside all of the safe areas *no-one* would be able to see it, rendering its existence pointless. Do you get that?
But really this is secondary to the main problem. You're posting before you've acquired the requisite skills. We can only help you so much, it's up to you to learn and apply. Unfortunately, you don't seem to be getting what we're telling you. This is actually a step back from what you originally posted. In just about every way (technically and creatively).
Are you really listening to the feedback?
