Rule #2 of TV Forum mocking - if you don't have enough time to do it properly, DON'T post it.

Rule #1 NEVER steal other users material and pass it off as your own. If you can't get in contact with the user who created something you wish to use, the minimum you should do is provide a clear credit to that user.

Using someone else's timelapses/stopmotions is not appreciated, as well?
Or its not allowed to modificate current graphics?
(i mean adding your own titles in current real design>)
Mostly, I make graphics on my own... Now I don't think that I would make complete mock.
Maybe, I'm about to complete it in near future, but not now

Its fine if permission is asked before and credit is given after using said timelapses/stopmotions.

Modifying current graphics is fine. However i would avoid using bits of the original graphics as it pretty much guarantees you a one star rating.
