Totally agree with dbl, but in addition:

In terms of simplicity, use the red and green 'device' to your advantage. If you want it to be simple, ableit dull, why not just use:

*

It uses the device as an area for the main strap and ticker to originate from, and there's minimal clutter. However, it uses one of the most overused fonts of all time (Gotham), and is generally quite dull.

And in it's Safe Areas suit, we can see everything vital fits in, with the ticker going to the edge of the screen, because it doesn't need to fit in a certain area, but with the strap going to the edge of the 4:3 title area, as it should.

"and finally" makes it sound like we were waiting for it.

Your mock is rated awful... this is usually a good sign that you should stop...

You don't need Fireworks to dish up anything as basic as that... GIMP.

I don't think that you were waiting, just wrote "finally" and nothing else
you mean, 1 star, which was rated a long ago, when the very first mock was created?

Or just lots of negative comments, eh? Or personally your opinion?

You know, in other communities, my video mock was rated good, anyway. But the only thing I don't like is that I used gradient colours for countdown, I think this was the wrong decision.

Also, titles are well-syncronised with original

Anyway, I respect your opinion as you make professional mocks

I think Paint.NET with plugins is also acceptable
