Belarus 1 Rebranding.

There's my suggestion for state tv of Belarus(about design)
Currently, the design package and branding of this state channel look half-provincinal, in some ways it feels like its local tv. However, I dont want to change news ident, because it looks not bad. But TOTH (news) usually includes ordinary tv watch, there should be countdown, i think/

I think this work is not perfect, don't want to show you my previous works as they're much worse than current work.(especially this work was made last week, and its not fit into safe areas
Im still trying to listen to critisism and improve my work.

Anyway, I posted the same mock on DS, as i wasn't able to register on TV Forum, and here's the piece of objective critisism

Also, current branding as an example

TOTH is fine really, but times new roman font actually irratetes me. and i dont like logo much. There should be a countdown(with various landmarks of Belarus) in the beginning or watch should be changed,

I want to give you couple of examples of current branding
Promos(i dont like bars in current idents)+Closedown(with national anthem)

Idents itself are pretty good, liturally brilliant but bars ruin everything(channel is in 4:3. btw)
Bars dont make them prettier, as those designers think

I know Mr Chiles and Ms Bleakley aren't everyones cup of tea, but isn't sending them to Belarus a tad harsh?

Actually, I didn't find proper picture with belarussian hosts(before now) but I just took random picture from Daybreak, and then, ok

The current logo is great - 3D, glassy, beveled... and you've replaced it with something lifted from 1990s F1 graphics?

I like simplicity actually, and don't like too much 3d. Current logo has terrible, literurally terrible, font, that can be taken only by former designer of soviet television, that's just my opinion.

And remember my work is still not ready. There are lots of things to improve. Especially I should replace that picture with hosts of the Daybreak

So, I decided that during ads and morning show, there should be grey logo

Also, let me tell you about concept of idents:

Belarus 1
The concept of those amazing current idents of Belarus 1 shouldn't be changed. Only music and bars should be abolished. And everything else is great indeed

Belarus 2
As current idents made in app costs 100$, there should be casual idents, in "stop-motion" style. As it a channel for young people, and those who are into sports

Belarus 3(Cultrural channel)
As this channel is cultural, there should be historical or art scenes, in slow motion. I think this should be the most beautiful branding of those 3 channels
