Well, the quality shouldn't really be very high because this is set in the mid-90's, so the quality's on the slightly poorer side to look more authentic.

I don't understand what you mean by that. Arguably some of the highest quality TV presentation, the like of which hasn't been surpassed or even matched since, was produced during the 1990s.

Ok, That just made me laugh.
I wasn't talking about quality in terms of how decent the animation is, I assumed that by 'quality' what was meant was the picture quality, so the animation was done without the best picture quality, in order to look like I recorded it with a video recorder as opposed to having it digitally remastered and what-not.
