Yep, just checked and I actually do have Gill Sans on the computer I used to make the mock. But it's not showing up in Firefox.
My Mac has both Gill Sans and Gill Sans MT from when I installed Microsoft Office 2008. Maybe the BBC website uses one of these and I have the other?
