BBC News Mock Graphics *UPDATED NEW VIDEO*

The new one? The latest video is what I'm referring too. Anything before the BBC News video is old.

Here's the updated version. I'd make a new thread but it won't let me. Would be nice to climb up to 3* haha

There's a multitude of issues to fix before it's worth 3 stars.
- alignment of text in boxes
- font sizes
- speed of the ticker
- the ticker should be cropped outside of it's main area
- "convenient" text - so much text fits it's box exactly, which fits exactly into the space available that I can't work out what the design is
- poor transitions (across the board)
- capitalisation
- spacing / padding
- overall attractiveness

Please give me more specific information, what about the transitions makes them poor? for example.

They are poor quality transitions. Look at them critically. When did you last see a slow gradient wipe used on British television?

To be fair, that exact logo was used on-air for the One, Six and Ten.

I like this. Its different and who knows where the people in charge will go in the future?

Certainly not this.

Anyway - there is a lot to he cleaned up and fixed like other members have said. Once you do that it may be okay.
