I don't like it I'm afraid. However, I'm not the biggest fan of the BBC News theme. I'm just fed up of the standard theme, so I'm not the best person to give judgement.
BUT I am still giving it 4/5 because even though I don't like it very much (the standard theme that this is based off and therefore this to an extent), you have clearly thought about it and put a lot of effort into it and therefore, I think you should be credited for the effort.
Just remember, I'm not trying to be picky or harsh. It's just my personal opinion (more on the standard theme), and don't let me stop you from continuing work on this as you clearly have some skill and others agree.
