Doesn't BBC One West exist?

By the looks of things, yes, BBC One West does exist, but I think one can exercise just a little imagination as to what that logo would look like. (In case you were wondering, it would look like the North West logo, except it wouldn't have the word North, and then the word West would be centered.)

Ask a silly question, get a sarcastic answer...

Was watching the video in this Engadget article, and I can't help but feel I've seen these BBC channel logos somewhere…

I like the EPG concept, Although I do have a question to ask: Why do you use the 2006 RTE ONE logo, even though they've changed it in 2014?

Well that's an interesting turn up. One of the problems I have had when searching for reference images, are that my past designs keep showing up. Guess someone did a Google search and used them.

OMG? How could this happen without us realising before?

Had you known this was happening before?

Search google images for 'BBC logos' and loads of mdtauk's images pop up.

You get something similar if you ever type in anything related to BBC News sets/studios etc. Usually they're the good ones from on here, although the only one's of mine that ever turn up are my sh*tty early works which were terrible.

There are certainly examples of TV Forum mock logos making their way onto official sites. The most notable has been Invent Meridian's mocks, his Challenge/Carlton hybrid logo appeared on the official Sky TV guide site, and his BBC One 1991/1997 hybrid logo appeared on a video for digital switchover, as a printout on old analogue transmitter equipment that was being switched off.
