What you have shown us in the spoiler tag is almost exactly what I was attempting last night, though with lowercase 'one' as opposed to 'ONE' and with no border around the BBC part. It'll be interesting to see how you get on with it as it just looked off no matter what way I tried to style it.
Good morning! I've successfully managed to experiment with uniformity a little bit further, by using a similar concept to the nationwide radio logos. Here's the result:
Project Plaster is a go! This afternoon, I've managed to make some serious adjustments to multiple pres aspects. Let's start out with some nicely adjusted endboards:
Next, I've got some ECPs, complete with programme images:
Also, I've made an adjustment to the 7pm cross-channel menu.
As a well-deserved frosting on the cake, I've tweaked the logos for the World Service and BBC RnG.
The new logos look fab! Definitely tone down the shadows on the endboards a little and I think you've got a winning look.
If you wanted to, you could also have name-only variants. I thought of this when I saw the BBC Three endboard and the logo is tucked in very tightly at the side - it's hard to see that it's a BBC Three logo. Maybe it could have 'THREE Original' above the program name?
I may be in the minority but I think I prefer the original concepts, they just seemed to have more personality, when you box them all in it doesn't really feel beyond what we already have as a concept. I really like the endboards, I think they help bring the personality out of the channel identities, there's something quite Sky-esque about it in the way that it's 'different-but-the-same' and that for me is enough to unite it rather than having everything in the more Sony TV style. For me, the 'One' in feels a bit bare and 'Parliament' seems far too cluttered, I can see the pesonalities of Three and Four but One and Two are lost.
I would say in terms of tweaks, I agree that the BBC Scotland may look better in uppercase and I think your newer creations show that. I also agree that the outline is too harsh on the CBeebies logo, especially in the box. I think you would be served better to have the children's logo displayed freely with your new BBC logo underneath (as with your online stuff). I also think the end boards could do with some fine-tuning to bring them more in line with your other work, they feel quite flat in comparison to the entertainment channels.
I really like the box concept with the radio stations though, I think 1Xtra looks really good, 6Music is a tag thin and gets a bit lost and I think that 4 could be better if you bring back the speech bubble to give it a bit more personality. Personally, I would like the whole of BBC Radio to be more consistent rather than having a different set for the 'local stations'.
I really like the new iPlayer logos in both incarnations, I think that the name itself is a bit outdated but that's not on you, I think you've given it a new energy.
On the whole, I really enjoy this, it's very polished. I like that evolution of the corporate logo and am really interested to see how you develop this further.

Good point! Which reminds me, I've taken my first steps with iPlayer's promotional branding. First of all, I'm gonna start off with with another improved BBC Three endboard, which is unique in comparison to the other channels. This endboard (L) will firstly show the pattern, programme name (complete with the "THREE Original" branding above), before transitioning to the "only on BBC iPlayer" slide (R).
Speaking of iPlayer, I also did a slide that the other channels can transition to after their respective endboards.
If that wasn't enough, I also did an endboard for iPlayer boxset promotions.
BTW:
I know, I spelt "available" wrong, but I can fix it.
