Of course it is not normal. No one who posts on an internet forum dedicated to television presentation has the right to call themselves normal. The people who post on Digital Spy about Cheryl Cole's every move are normal. That is not something I aspire to.
Let's just stop and look at what I have done here. I made a mock promo for a channel. The promo focuses on one presenter as that was the style of the promos used on the channel at the time. Avago had three presenter promos for Nigel May, Cat Porter and Carolyn Ashton. I saw these and decided that I would make one for Gane who happened to be my favourite presenter.
Where would you place this on your obsessive scale? Is this more obsessive, less obsessive or the same level of obsessiveness as someone who does the same for GMTV, ITV News or Bid Up? Please show your working out.
I'm no more or less 'obsessed' than anyone else who creates a mock or posts about a channel and/or a presenter on TV Forum. Although it is probably fair to say that I am more obsessed than someone who doesn't do those things.
