Let's look at this from another perspective. A spot of tough love I think.
You have a problem with the car. If you know nothing about cars, you take it to a garage, or have a mechanic come to you, as the situation merits. You don't take a spanner and take the car to pieces, do you?
You have a problem with a computer. If you know nothing about computers, you either phone up the IT department or an independent repair shop. You don't grab a screwdriver and take said PC to pieces, do you?
You have a problem in that you can't mock. If you know nothing about mocking you learn and practice privately. You don't grab a mouse and post hideous abominations on a public forum, do you?
Oh wait. That's exactly what you've done. Dunno what it's supposed to be, could be a poster for all I know.

But to be fair - the person who posts their mock might think it's ok. Surely that's what a gallery like this is for - to see what other people opinions of it are and whether an outside perspective can suggest any improvements to it. Unless you post it on this gallery and get told it's a "hideous abomination " you don't really know whether it is or not. I'm sure your have times in your life when you thought your work was good, but other people have a different opinion!

that's the normal thing to say after everyone's said you mocks crap!
'im not as good at mocks' - that to me suggests that he knows it isn't 'okay'.

And it is the oldest excuse in the book that people hide behind, to defend something that, in all honesty, isn't very good, to simply say that you're no good at it. After all, if you're not happy with your own work, it's probably a sign that nobody else will be either.
Would you stand for it if you had your car serviced at a garage, collected it and it fell apart in the middle of the road, then you went back to the garage only to be told that the reason the car fell apart was because the mechanic "is not good at fixing cars"?

It's not necessarily that the poster think's his crap at it, If i posted a mock on here and then get told it's crap I would proberly say "fair enough , I'm not that good at it" becaues it's the natural reaction to critisim's!
And what is with all these analogy's on TV Forum today? It's a mock that someones spent some spare time doing , not a job!
