BBC Weather Fault

The weather forcaster's mic wasn't working after the 5:20 (?) news today, so instead the sound was coming from another mic in the studio and, as usual when this happens, it was hard to hear him.

Is this the BBC's first black weather presenter?

I don't think I've ever seen any weather presenter on the BBC who is anything but caucasian, but Sunday night and this evening I noticed this gentleman presenting the weather on News 24.
