Slight new look on the YTV Weather

The YTV Weather is now sponsored by 'Yorkshire Electricity powered by Npower' The opening and closing titles, have been revised to show this. The actual bulletin, the symbols, graphics and blue 'spinning chevron' backgrounds haven't been changed.
