How did ITV regions cope during this Granada strike

They were, though whether they were paying attention all the time, to all regions enough to catch a failure 'manually' within 30 secs I don't know ? Remember the ROCs monitored several ITV regions...

Imagine what ITV would be like today if it had been "Central and ITV" and not "Carlton and Granada". What are your thoughts on this

: ITV would have some of the best presentatoin ever and idents the BBC would die for.

Put out a special news bulletin in the next couple of weeks. This is essentially due to the Bulger Trial, which I do not want to get embroiled with, however it will be interesting to see how both broadcasters handle a News Report out of hours.
