BBC FOUR HD DOG?

The "HD" part is missing from the DOG.

I thought most of these 'off-air' iPlayer fed programmes, were dropped on a retransmission and either a new 'off-air' or directly inserted programme substituted. This case more or less provides evdence...

Ah, that makes sense (and wasn't something I'd thought of either). Indeed. The screen going blank at around 4 o'clock for a few seconds was the only thing that happened that seemed any different to the other things that happened.
