No - but the screen-based Liquid News sets (initial projection based one, then plasma based one) were pretty influential. Both of the screen-based iterations were designed by Chris Webster.

Has anyone else noticed that BBC Choice have changed (once again) the music on their idents and that to the utterly fantastic 'Starlight' by Superman Lovers? It really fits in I think.

It's just gone 7.30pm and BBC Choice are still showing the DOG with the C-BBC web address on rather than their normal Choice one. Has someone, perchance, forgotten to press the right button at 7pm when C-BBC on Choice ends - I suspect so!

The BBC Choice music has now changed form Supermen Lovers 'Starlight' to another dance choon I don't recognise. They are keeping up this changing the music quite well aren't they, how long do you think before they get lazy and just make a ident...

Is it my brain overboiling again or does anyone else have names for the three boxes in the BBC Choice logos? I call them Harry, Skinny and Judas... no idea why i picked those, they just sprang to mind.

At 7.30 that woman who does Choice continuity did an intro into Liquid News with Christopher Price (although she'd just introduced it at 7 and wasn't with Price!) which led me to the thought: are the annoucements recorded and they played the wrong...

Sorry if this has been brought up before, but I've just seen the old BBC choice heart idents in tv home (I've never seen them before) and I find it very strange that itv went for the same 'hearts' theme as BBC choice, surely they must have known?...

New Giant BBC Choice DOG

Has anyone seen the DOG used on BBC Choice tonight since about 7pm? It's massive! Have let a small child in to press the buttons because at one point there was this huge DOg superimposed over the normal one.
