What's the dramatic music called they play when the judges come on? Also the other dramatic music they play at the start when they whoosh TONIGHT.. etc on?

A little more info for you...
O Fortuna is from Carl Orff's Camina Burana.
The other piece is taken from Verdi's Requiem Mass Dies Irae.
