I know it has been asked many times but has anyone got a copy of the x factor music?

the one i want is the one they play in the background when they read out the results.

The answer is NO so stop requesting it! No one who has it will give it to you so I'd give up! I'm also unable to share my copy as Freemantle would definately not approve.
