'World Crisis' theme

Is there a package called 'World Crisis'? My American friend gave me a link to music used for OJ Simpson coverage back in the 90s and it sounds similar to the Panorama theme. Now I know the music behind the Panorama theme, but is there a package called 'World Crisis' as he seems to think there is, which is similar to that music.

Even if somebody did know where to find the package it's library music and therefore verboten even to link to sites regarding it.
