Nope that is the 1999 updated version, which can be found on KPM library but was commercial released on a number of CDs. Its not library but it how STV makes if money back with all its music it makes, just news and the hour all composed but then place to make more money

The master still exist its just packed away in the Archive office warehouse. STV are looking into putting some of there older music titles on I-tunes Like a proper copy of "Scotsport" of course that library
its all down to rights and time.

There is a full clean version knocking about somewhere as I used to have a copy.
Are you sure you not thinking about the library version
