Does anybody have the noise that the wheel makes when it's spun please?

You mean the clicking noise?

This is not a SFX - it's created by the actual wheel as it spins and the contestants pointers are knocked against the wheel.

You could quite easilly recreate it with a cog and some bits of wood I suppose...
