What's this track?

I've heard this piece of downtempo music crop-up in programmes and promos literally for years now. It's evidently a well-used track, but I have never been able to identify it - so I'm hoping somebody else might have the answer:

Used Shazam in it and...

"Air" by All I Need.

Crikey, that was quick!

Artist and Title are back-to-front; but that's no big deal. I should have guessed it was an Air track! Released in 1998, so it definitely fits the bill.
