Regardless of all the above, I do love this theme. Whilst I liked TV-am's 'Daybreak' theme (4'25" Wink ), it could never match the GMB theme which still sounds fresh today.

I agree with you there! There were several cuts of that theme as well which have never surfaced - mainly with different starts or endings. Hopefully some day they will make their way into the public domain!

Better Question should be Who composed it? David Dundas says he didn't, and TVAM composer says he didn't either so who did?
